I thought this was one of the vehicles produced in secret for the French resistance ? It has the FF Cross of Lorraine (apt) on the front - The 37 L 44 I also understood to be the shortened version with only two bogies each side not three?.

Ok found this - it is a Lorraine 38L modified in 1944 by the Lorraine factory and armed with booty German MG151/15 (15mm) aircraft MG mounted in an armored casemate for the Free French
