Now here is the important bit. You can do this 2 ways.

Copy the image to your PC and upload it to your signature from user CP.

Underneath the ribbon you will notice a link. If you want to display the medal in your signature [and I know some dont care to] all you need to do is the following.
Right click and copy the link (not the medal), paste the link into word or notepad or something then add this this before it . Copy and paste the whole lot into your signature block in the user CP and voila, the Ribbon image will then show up in your signature.
If any of you cant manage this by now you dont deserve the award:(
