I believe it was mentioned earlier in this thread based on an analysis that just looked at the importance of beating Germany, Italy and Japan while not counting other countries that fought on the side of the axis.
A bull…it.
You can’t neither calculate nor prove such a figures.
You might say it , basing on economical analysis.
But war isn’e OINLY economic.
Say during the Vietnam war the USSR’s finantial and military contribution was no less 90% to the Communist side. But it’s absolutle doesn’t mean that USSR contributed 90% at Victory in that unfair war.
Lives of fallen Soldiers costs TOO much.
You should read the important parts of the discussion before making statements like that. The analysis is based on combat losses inflicted on the Axis forces. Nothing more or less. Egorka does not claim this analysis as conclusive or as any sort of definative proof of much. He invited others to contribute data, usefull suggestions, or serious analsysis, and some folks did. Mostly tho the comments have been the usual adolecent drivel. Most statement like that say much more about the person posting them than anything about what they criticize.
I know from your other post here you are better than that;)
