I would guess so, but only being able to hear the lyrics, it sounded that way… A song about a little chicken isnt the strangest thing I’ve heard of…compared to “One eyed one horned flying purple people eater”
Just saw it. Excellent war film…
Its one of Peckinpah’s best efforts, he was always into realism, (and slo-mo) seemed to want the viewer to experience the story in first person p.o.v. hunting party was another well done piece.
