The fabulous Hollywood Career of a German Waffen SS Panzer Soldier

As he was young he was mislead as Waffen SS Tank Unterscharführer

After War he start his Hollywood career,
Here from 1985 his first movie reel as"Kurgan"in Highlander 1
Now he’s looking more happy :-?

His next Movie came out in 1989 where played the Sheriff
in “Pet Sematary”

Now he was happy:)

Here the Photo called SS Flowers,wasn’t it black flowers???:wink:

Wiil never fathom which circumstances that made the trousers in the last photo fashionable…

Here´s another pic. I´m not sure funny is the word, but it has something to it with the thoughtful Hans Frank and Himmler pondering when the cake is served and why he, of all people, got to sit at the corner of that bery crowded table…

@snowbolt Still seeking for the joke in your pic,maybe you can
gimme some hint???!!!:confused::(:-?:cry::?::?::?::!::!::!:

Hehe, nice ones , keep coming guys :cool:. The SS men seems tp have a special atraction with wild flowers there are several pictures of soldiers picking them up.

Any photo with the chinless chicken farmer wearing ‘service’ ribbons is hilarious, without anything more.

Well, if you like those intrinsically humanistic WW snapshots, my dear Mr. Rising Sun, I think that I do have something for you:

You’re Welcome, Lady!You are getting the cream of the German petroleum industry’s production – Leuna-Aral B4 gasoline can drive down the cost of driving and save your money as well! (Distribution of gasoline to the French refugees, Chatellerault, 1940 – photo taken by Rudolf van Wehrt)

Good to look at – better to eat! Value-for-money buying is always sweet! (German soldiers buying home-made cakes – France, 1940 – photo taken by Rudolf van Wehrt)

Hopefully, some additional snapshots will be available very soon as well. :wink:

I may make a prick of myself here, like I give a fuck, but there is a line between funny pictures and being disrespectful of the people in them and the wider context those pictures represent.

I don’t think the the manipulated photos of and relating to Indians and cannabis are funny.

However, if I’m wrong, the following picture which I’ve chosen to call “The stairway to Heaven - The entry to the children’s hospital in Nanking” must be a real pisser.

Germans liking there food!!

@Riceing Sun !!! Nangking is in China,that happened appr.in 1937
so no relation to the German Forces,

   Thanks
    MfG

Thank you for stating the bleeding obvious. Both the date and that Nanking is in China, in case someone thought it was in Switzerland. Or Easter Island.

Agreed.

Which is entirely consistent with my post to which you object, which did not relate Nanking to German forces, apart from suggesting that each of them and everybody else is entitled to a degree of respect which is absent from silly photoshopping, such as the numb nuts image of a German soldier with weed.

Are you the Minister for Stating the Bleeding Obvious? Everyone else with a modicum of knowledge of WWII already knew that.

Try that in comprehensible English.

After you stop smoking your own stuff.

I don’t see you, do you?

will use this cammo this summer if i run out of clothes :smiley: :smiley:

And after some time, honorable ladies and gentlemen, here is another color rarity:

Rather than making a bigger incision, we shall cut these edges very cautiously, and consequently we shall preserve the genuineness of this tiny souvenir for our officer’s mess…

Panzer 0.5

That was a very low budget tank :slight_smile: the dream of every politician made true.
