There is also West Heidelberg, an area noted in my youth for and still symbolic of poverty and criminality.

You know when I was in Nairobi last week, there was a Big fire at this nakamat supermarket and hundred people burnt alive . Did you know that there is only 1 fire department in Nairobi!!..it’s true. I read it in the nairobi paper. The fire station for the population of 2 million is downtown which makes it worse cause with the congestion the fire trucks move at snail pace. I heard all about the Australian bush fires in Nairobi. Australian news is very big in nairobi. I don’t know why, but it is; next to BBC of course!
