I saw a sign that said the bulkhead is made of wood and the deck is made of real wood. I guess the rest is mde of metal, resin, plastic and urathane. saw a foto during the “construction” some worker inside the model…

The Kaiten are also interesting, it being so few now remain to be seen, so anything on them is a real plus.

I do have a book on them, but that is a totally different thread.

I havent seen any type 88 but there is picture of submarine telescope/Binoculars

Unfortunately, only scope I saw was Kaiten.
