It doesn’t look like it is possible with this version of gallery, unless I customize it. To be honest, I’d like to wait for gallery 3, as the more I customize the harder it will be for us to move to the newer version… They already did beta 1, 2, 3, & Release Candidate 1 of Gallery 3. RC2 has been out for 2 weeks, so we should have the new version by the end of the year. I’m keeping an eye on the pictures that are being uploaded, but can of course only do so much.

Yep, they are very clever at picking names these days, I think that its about the 3rd incarnation of that user name in the past few days.(you’d think a bot would be able to do better)

I know that you are having problems with people who think it is funny to post photos that are offensive, and I realise that you are doing your best to correct that problem. The fact that you are trying to honor those who fought in WW2, no matter what side they were on, is a real blessing.

i noticed in these last days that the most part of the newest members of the Site, have unfailingness got banned… Does it always happened in the past, or it’s a last days peculiarity? May it possible that we’re facing a sort of syndrome or a kind of new virus? 
Spam bots are showing up with increasing frequency, and the normal dregs of mankind sorts are still at it. The system filters out alot of it, but the Mods,and Admin staff still have to loose occasional damnation upon them.
Someone please inform one of the moderators that the guy who is spamming crap is back posting photos on the German section of the site. As of 10:12 A.M. EST, he have posted 3 photos. Thanks.

Couple of hours ago, i was wandering about the Site and i gave a look at the “Currently Active Users”. There was 107 users : 2 members and 105 guests. The other user (besides myself) was a banned member. It may be possible that someone that’s been banned, can still poke his nose into the Site? Isn’t an ironic question… I’m just wondering why the system doesn’t prevent him to get in, after the Mods banned him.
The short answer is yes, a banned user-ID can still see the site unless their IP has been banned. But they cannot post or alter their IDs any longer…
VBulletin has a banned page so if you login after been banned you can only view that page, says something to the effect of your banned and the ban will be lifted in X amount of time. Not that it would really matter since the site is open to public viewing and the banned user can see everything without logging in.
