There’s no way to IP ban someone using the Gallery software AFAIK, we just have to keep the particular IP in mind and immediately get rid of him as soon as he re-appears.

That’s funny ! They’re all from Viet Nam, and probably spammers,and most likely the same person though spam from the RVN has typically been computer gaming related. Since they haven’t actually posted any, they’ll be left alone, at least until they do.
