In some places they also get a bike to get them to their muster stations.
Proper iron job as well, with rod brakes not the cables, and solid tyres!!!

Actually they swapped the WWII pushbikes with some modern mountain bikes a few years back.
It still must be the only non-conquarable country in europe, they are more prepared than the Gang Show.
Just for mobilisation or the Swiss Raid Commando as well?
SRC has alwaysbeen a bit of a fix - the phrase “never underestimate local knowledge” should on that comp be replaced with “never undestimate the local competitors’ neighbours” !
That said, it is a good comp and should drive home the Swiss’ love of musketry and marksmanship to all involved.
