In any case, I think Mr Gumalangi is right, as the mystery airplane is indeed the Fiat Cr 25, specifically the “one of a kind” CR.25D, the “VIP” version belonging to the Italian military attache in Berlin.

Is that not the Siebel Si-204D?
Judging by the markings, I’d go with the post-war Czech produced variant, the Aero C-3A (Si 204D1-3).
It’s still basically the same airplane, though.
