18 Pounder Timer

Hi

Here I have a 18 Pounder timer, with markings, which are: No 100. F over 80. Z in a circle. diamond, with ?. Z above 7. 1916. 3.20. F.7. LOT 750, if you have any information on the markings, has to what they mean, or to it not being off a 18 pdr, please let me know. I do have others to post, but will try this one first.
