6th Army Service

Men from a German 6th Army Infantry Unit, attending Divine Service in the field before going into battle. They had not been told what their objectives were; a drive from the South of the Government General (German occupied Poland) towards Kiev and the Dneiper. (scanned by HOS Bandit)
