That’s not a French B1 tank with 10.5cm gun but a German SPG “Geschützwagen B2” or if this designation seems too easy then try “105mm leFH 18/3 auf Gw B-1/B-2 740(f)”. Shortly, a German 10.5 cm light howitzer on a French Char B1 chassis. 16 items were built/converted.
Interesting, I was not aware of this modification. I thought a few were kept with their original armament and posted on the French coast or one of the captured channel islands and the rest converted to Flammenwerfers…
