Conditions are right for such a person to rule a country again.
The Middle East has a few of them and so does North Korea. Perhaps the only thing crazier than such leaders are the people who support and follow such leaders.
The German People are not alone in making some bad choices. America has elected few too lately.
Germany has given the world many great inventions and advantages in medicine, business and in peace and friendship.
With the right leadership and citizens any country can turn itself around.
