I have used numerous programs, but found them dissppointing. Especially when trying to remove “red eye”
and removing blemishes/spots on photos. The end result doesn’t always look natural. Would appreciate any recommendations.

I would also recommend laying off the Fenjiu there Lighttruck,nothing will give you “red eye” like guzzling rot gut liquor. ( The popular choice among poorly talented spammers.)
Coral Draw will be a better option if you don’t want to use Photoshop
