Panhard designed this 8-wheel vehicle to meet requirements to a light and fast combat car. The only prototype appeared in 1939.Armament : one 37 mm cannon SA 38, one MG 7,5 mm / Crew: 2 men / Armor: 60mm / Speed: 80 km/h.
