Are these WW2 Japanese boots?

I have been told that they may to be pre/early WW2 Japanese infantry military boots. I want to sell them but I need an idea of what they may be. All help appreciated.

The only visible mark is what appears to be a “10.3” stamped in the side of both boots. It apparently was stamped before they were sewn together as it appears to be a mirror image. There is also an outline of a circle stamp on the bottom on the arches of both soles but whatever it may have said does not appear readable.

As you can see both are hob nailed and have heel cleats.

Yes, they are Imperial Japanese Army Boots, this pair was made between 1933-1940.

The amount of Hobnails, and the construction gives it away as a early ww2 boot set.
