TP-7, this 9 ton light tank was the most modern weapon in the Polish armored arsenal, it could destroy any German tank in 1939 with ease.

Does that include the PzKpfw III or PzKpfw IV?

It does. They gun tanks seen in the picture (there was also a twin turreted MG tank variant) could destroy all German tanks, with the drawback of the German tanks being able to destroy the 7TP as well. Furthermore, their numbers were not too great.
