Billy Roscoe, Lincoln and Welland Reg.

William Martin Roscoe was born in St. Catharines and served in the Lincoln and Welland Regiment from 1939-1943. He was killed in action on October 28 while setting up a telephone wire during the liberation of Bergen op Zoom. He has been greatly missed by his signalling partner Ken Rowland and his family.
