In the late 40ties Deep Bronze Green was re-introduced as service colour on british armour.
On paper…
I’ve read that most tanks in Korea, surely the early first years, were Scc15 olive drab (late WW2 colour as on Sherman Fireflies). Only later DBG was introduced on the front.
Nobody that can help me out?
It does make sense, given glossy DBG is a very obtrusive colour. Scc15 is a much more tactical colour.
I like the typical British green on Land Rovers and they might be catchy on parades. Yet in order to achieve a convincing 1951 Korean model, I want it realistic.
