Bulk deletions not working

I’ve used the ‘delete all posts by this member’ option for a couple of spammers today but it hasn’t worked, so I’ve had to delete them individually.

I’ve followed the steps in the windows that come up in that process so I don’t think it’s me, particularly as the only other time I used it it worked fine.

Any ideas whether I’m doing something wrong or whether there’s a glitch in the system?

Not sure what you mean.

It’s an option that comes up in the spammer 5 point infraction process screens.

maybe the next version of vbulletin will sort it out.
