I’ve received this PM from Viper ss, who rather flatteringly thinks I have power to fix his problem which I don’t think I do. Is this something only an administrator can do?

I have made a mistake with my name Viper ss! I was too put Viper SS, is there a chance you could be able to change the ss to caps SS please.
On another forum a mod change a member’s name on request,so could you do that for me?
