I keep finding links and hope it’s ok to post these up?
Anyway, here’s the deal. The combat arms units correctly get the majority of the attention as they’re the ones dyin’ and bleedin’. However, I thought I would put some stuff up from the lesser known supporting units. You know, the supply guys, HQ (brass), and Finance (keep these guys happy or your paycheck will end up in New Guinea!)
Anyway, I was doing some research on Korea tonight and came across another CMH book online called:

Anyway in reading this found a section called short bits in which payroll was delivered by chopper for the first time. It’s not glamous I guess, but still neat.
