The guns of those days have always impressed me, The disappearing Buffington Crozier mounts are something to see in action. The Sea Coast Mortars seem almost the perfect weapon for harbor defense, and have been a favorite of mine. (I’d like to have one in my back garden, good for noise making on the 4th of July…)
I wish I could go there. Manila is just 35 Minutes away from Corregidor by boat. But I’m aware of the Bus that I will ride…
