Dads Army is a staple of all Military sitcoms, it was refilmed for the American audience under the title the Rear Guard or similar. Can any of our American members tell me if they have seen it and what they thought of it?
I have seen one episode - the pilot - for American audiences and thought it bad. Mainly because the episode was identical to a British episode and I thought the jokes didn’t quite work with American charecters. Or I knew how they should be done by British charecters.
But hey, any info?
