Destroyed BT-2

A knocked down Russian BT tank and the charred remains of 2 crewman, a common sight during the early stages of Barbarossa, summer 1941. Of particular interest is the tank itself, a BT-2 model 1932. This one being the rarely seen 3 MGs variant, dual mgs up front plus a non-coaxial mg.

Can one of the experts tell me what kind of caliber might have done those holes in the turret? 20 or 37 mm perhaps? Cheers
