Probably a spammer, the system appears to be quite good at auto-banning them nowadays…
One of the Philippines’ spammer plague, that’s where meanwhile the most of them come from.
A lot of banned spammers appear as ‘users online’.
I assume most of it is automated, unless they have an awful lot of time on their hands.
