Enemy tank killers

Members of C Company, US 823rd Tank Destroyer Battalion, pose in front of an M10 (Wolverine). - These men were credited with knocking out four Tiger IIs from Schweres SS-Panzerabteilung 501 at or around Stavelot, Belgium; 19 December, 1944.

The size of that gun looks more like a 90mm, the kind mounted on an M-36 Jackson. And a far more effective implement against a Tiger II…

After looking at gun manlets, it indeed is probably an M-10. But that 76mm/3" gun looks oftly big… :smiley:
