Everett Bailey Cpt Po Valley Italy

I am doing some research for a friend and am looking for pictures and stories of Cpt Everett Clark Bailey.

Before he was with the 86th Company L. I am also looking for a list of Captured and or Killed Germans and especially the name of any German/Nazi Generals that were at Po Valley during the same time before he took command of company L (see below)
The OSS aka CIA was operating there very heavilty…

…pril. Tenth 10th Mountain Division, operating essentially as a combat patrol, would emerge from the North Apennines, cross the Po River, and head for the Alps and Hitler’s last redoubt…

…Next day we were bivouacked at San Alessandro and in our improvised office. Captain Everett Bailey, of L Company, picked up the phone, listened for a moment, turned, and looked over and caught my eye. "Dave, the war is over in Italy…

I don’t know how much help I can be, and I know your post is old and you may not need info anymore. Everett Bailey is my grandfather. He never talked about the war…he might talk about Camp Hale or about the horses or even about being in Italy prior to deployment, but I only heard him talk about the war itself once, and then only a stray comment about losing half his company the day Bob Dole was wounded. He is 93 years old, and lives in a retirement community here in Vermont. His mind has gone a little. He never liked to talk about the war, but now it’s hard to get a sensible narrative out of him about much of anything. I have some information that I got from my grandmother, and she is alive and vibrant at 89 and I could find out probably anything you might want to know. I would also be curious to know what info you already have.

With Interest,
Skyler Bailey
