German issued Surrender Pass

Surrender Pass made to resemble a 1 Ruble note (I'm guessing) distributed by the Reich to entice soviet troops to surrender.

It says "one Chervonec", would be something like "a red one" I think.

My translation matrix calls it "tchervonets" which it further translates into "Ducat" Which was a denomination of money, and a slang term for ticket, or certificate.
