Great picture. However, something’s off with the K98. The upper hand-guard should end in front of the aim-sight, and not envelop it. <br />
Combine this with the straight bolt and I’d say this is a Czechoslovak Vz. 24 or maybe Vz. 33. Wouldn’t be too uncommon a sight. Some 350,000 of them were put into German service after the invasion of Czechoslovakia.
