Hi guys,I wanted to know if i could get some of your opinions on these German photos ive colored. As stated before im not an expert on the colors of their uniforms so I wanted to know if you guys could look at these and tell what I can do better with them,Id like to start colorizing German photos and upload them to the site
Since Wehrmacht (Heer) uniforms differed very much in coloring it’s pretty much up to you how to colorize. Basically there’s no typical “Feldgrau” (field gray) but it comes in all kinds of shades from gray, blue, green, olive and brown.

You and Sasha was same?
I might say a little more ‘green’ in the uniform colour on some rather than grey, but they look wonderful.

I think ive got over 700 colorized photos on my flickr that ive done over the past few years,lol I think I may have a slight obsession with colorizing WWII photos :0 lol. Yep both is me,my name is Alexander,but Sasha for short

I didn’t know this was your work, Za Rodinu. I remember a couple of these photos being uploaded some time ago on the photo site. Indeed the colorization of the camo is ****ing amazing!
