Pardon my ignorance…but could you briefly educate me on “St. George” day?
Are you kidding mate?
St George is not only the patron saint of England, but he is also the Patron saint of the USA 
I don’t know much about Saints…I guess that’s obvious.
I posted link on another thread, but which one I don’t recall. I’d had a fair bit of chardonnay at the time.
