Hey Everyone,

I used to live in Poland and had an apartment in a town called Borne Sulinowo. This was at one time a secret, military base run by the Russians and abandoned in 1990. Prior to that, the base was known as Gross Born and served as the primary German Panzer training ground. I believe that Guderian and possibly Rommel were stationed there. Does anyone have any information on this base pre-war or during WWII.

IT appears that a desert was constructed there for training Afrika Corps troops.
