Hans Dorr

Hans Dorr (April 7, 1912 - April 17, 1945) was a German Waffen-SS Obersturmbannführer who served with the 5. SS-Panzer-Division Wiking and was a commander of the SS-Regiment Germania. He was wounded 16 times during WWII and died at a Field hospital near Judenburg only a month before the war's end. He was also awarded the prestigious Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes mit Eichenlaub und Schwertern. (This picture was taken in 1945 march under the Operation Frühlingserwachen,when the germans try to free the surrounded german,and hungarian troops around Budapest.The operation was failed.)

Like Imi wrote in the caption: 16 times Hans Dorr was wounded!!! He did not recover from the last one received on January 21 1945 near Sorosd in Hungary and died three months later.

Yes flame was right:I read in a book the enemy soldiers thinks he was immortal,but the history shows the proof.
