Happy couple.

Reichswehr officer Claus von Stauffenberg with his fiancée, the future Nina, Grafin von Stauffenberg (?1930-1933). She was pregnant with (I think) their fourth child when he was shot in the immediate aftermath of the "July Plot". Best regards, JR.

I saw the 'Valkyrie’movie a few weeks ago.The man must have had nerves of steel.The stress he endured must have been so grueling.A truly brave gentleman officer.Nina and their kids luckily survived.
