Researching on my grandfather and his service with the Army. All I have is a Photo and VA File Number. Two Questions…
1.) If he has a VA File #, does that make him a combat veteran?
2.) He is wearing Korean War Combat Stripes on his uniform, Does that make him a combat veteran?
