Ok, sure. My advice would be that you go to the photo section, and look through some photos.
Once you found one you like, just save the image, crop it with the standards windows/mac photo-editor and reduce it’s resolution (I don’t think MS Paint can do it, you’ll need a different program for that, don’t know about Mac)
Then go to your Control Panel (CP), go to “Edit Avatar” and you’re done.
