Well I didn’t know much about it until I watched it.
at 8 was Pearl Harbor
at 9 was Iwo Jima
Pretty much had your more than average in depth look at these battles and mostly the battlefields.
I thought the computer generation of the demenisons and placements of Iwo was the best i ever seen, it was great.
Of course had your interviews, footage and re-inactments(with real people).
Im sure it’s will be shown hundreds of more times this weekend knowing the Histroy Channel .

I saw the Iwo episode. Good program! 8) Illustrated that yet another island was a fanatical “fight to the last man” swaray.
In the Pearl Harbor episode did anyone notice when the guy was talking about 3 divebombers coming at him,they showed 3 SBD Dauntless dive bombers instead of the Japanese planes?
