The original text says these are Polish children from the village of Lozova murdered by Ukrainian Banderovites in 1943. Although this picture look like some typical NKVD atrocities and can easily be from the Holodomor 10 years earlier.

Stalin murdered 30 million people in gulags and other forms of execution

6 million Jews in camps, 3 1/2 million Soviet POW, countless civilians in the occupied countries (Across all of Europe).

Its not a simple figure to work out.
