Hungarian Pz-38 column.

Hungarian available used Pz -38 type column on his way to the front. It is interesting that two Hungarian soldier in armor on the tank system consisting of the Waffen SS in all camo wearing overalls.

The photo is from the Don front, most likely in 1942. It’s unlikely that any Waffen SS were out there in Russia at the time or if even that branch of the German military had been formed at all. Could they have been the tank crews, along with other Honved soldiers?
