Beautiful images of one of WW2’s most overlooked aircraft.
I have always found the IAR 80 an very attractive airplane.
As usual, Beautiful renderings, Clave.
Well Done!
Regards, Uyraell.

GJ Clave! Excellent quality as usual.
I’m sorry, but there’s something that makes the IAR look like an enormous metal dildo, especially in the color photo.
No more so than the P47, the TempestII, or the FW 190 D series, in my view.
I will say this: the IAR 80 was a Very capable little aircraft, and did sterling work, right up into the 1960’s, IIRC.
I’ve long admired it, and it is one of few Eastern European aircraft I would devote the resources to reproduce as a flying replica, if I had said resources. (Though, as with a Do335 V13, I’d build the replica using composites, which is ‘cheating’ in a way; though more efficient.)
Regards, Uyraell.
So what’s the problem here again?
