Hi.
This is not a destroyer but the Corvette-size Type D-class Coastal Defence Ship No. 134 (as mentioned in your link).
The attack occured only some 50 m off the island of Amoy. So I doubt that there were many losses due to sharks. 
Nevertheless an impressive footage.
