Can anyone identify this motorcycle with sidecar?

It’s clearly not a British bike, as the sidecar is on the right. However, those are possibly Canadian troops in the background. Did the Canadian bikes from Norton have sidecars on the left or right, or both?
The headlight doesn’t seem to have a blackout cover, so I’m guessing this is a German bike at this point.

From the front wheel tyre it looks like a German heavy, R75 KS750 type. As there’s too much shrubbery on the rest of it saying for sure is very difficult, for me at least.

I think I’ll start another thread about Allied sidecars in the British section.
All I can make out is that its German, they were using telescopic forks, and had that particular front fender. American service bikes, WLA-WLC had springer forks, as did the XA, a copy of the German bike for use in the desert. The Indian military model also had a springer,though of a different design.
