Panzer IV Ausf B (or possibly a C)
The only external difference between the Ausf. B and C was the coaxial MG34 of the Ausf. C, which was fitted with an armored sleeve for improved protection. The sleeve (without the MG, it seems) can be seen here so this is probably an Ausf. C.
