This is a question to FW and the General.
Ive often heard it said that you can ban an IP. But dont most IP’s belong to a collective, I know the last 2 numbers of mine float and are diffrent every time I sign on.
So I share the first 2 numbers with many other people. If you banned my IP arent you banning any potential users that I share my first 2 numbers with me?

yeah, that is the problem. there is a problem with my other forum (which i am not the admin in there), the admin in that site said we cannot do anything about it. However, this case would not happen anyways, if you happen to be ban for no reasons, just go on another computer and use a new username to talk to us about that
But how many guys that wanted to join the forum would actually do this. If it was me Id figure it was not working probably and after a few tries would give up.
and i just think in order to be ban, i would need to insert the entire ip, so i think if your ip is only the same with the first few numbers, then i dont think it should be a problem
