Kangaroo attached to the Elgin Reg.

The Squadron was attached to the 25 Canadian Armoured Delivery Regiment (the Elgin Regiment) for administrative purposes only; for operations it came under command of various Infantry Brigades in turn.

I don’t know if they are Canadian or Australian, but they wear the revolver belt in pure cow-boy style, especially the guy at left.

Note: The cap badge on these men’s berets were a stylized Kangaroo in honor of the vehicle they drove. They were Canadian not Australian
