Kill/Loss Ratio of the Tiger 1 Battalions

Kill/Loss Ratio of the Tiger Battalions (1942 - 1945)

This is a companion discussion topic for the original entry at https://ww2incolor.com/gallery/art/35946/killloss-ratio-of-the-tiger-1-battalions

Does anyone but me find the nice round numbers for kills suspicious? That seems odd to me.

The kills were rounded up and down and in many cases were based on an approximation for this table. It was supposed to be fairly accurate having been compiled by the mean average from several sources.

Considering the fact that many Tigers were lost to mechanical problems, I expect the combat K/L ratio to be even higher (assuming that mechanical losses are counted in this table).
