Knocked out Panzer IV

A devastated Panzer IV. Question time what could have caused so much damage on the Panzer, 17pdr, ISU-152 assault gun? Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers

Could have been knocked out by anything, but most of the damage is most likely caused by an internal explosion. Note how the turret top is missing and the turret skirt has been burned.
